It was a Sight to behold During the 2016/2017 Matriculation ceremony of University of Port-Harcourt where Two Beautiful ladies who gained admission into the University caused commotion after they

showed up for their matriculation ceremony in puts out their Boobs to display in cleavage baring outfits.

This has sparked critics from Nigerians stating it was too early for the freshers to start displaying their indecency in dressing. They seemed not to care about what people thought of them as they posed for Camera shots.
