UNITED STATES RECORDS FIRST CASE OF EBOLA

The US has recorded it’s first case of Ebola. The patient was admitted at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has confirmed that ,an unidentified patient who recently returned from the West Africa area is currently being treated for the deadly virus at a Dallas, Texas hospital.

According to NYDaily news,a press release by the hospital reads..

Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital had admitted a patient Monday into strict isolation “based on the patient’s symptoms and recent travel history,”
“The hospital is following all Centers for Disease Control and Texas Department of Heath recommendations to ensure the safety of patients, hospital staff, volunteers, physicians and visitors,”
Zachary Thompson, the director of the Dallas County Health and Human Services, said Tuesday morning that the Dallas County is ready to care for the patient.
“This is not Africa,”We have a great infrastructure to deal with an outbreak."

  1. They have to act fast no matter the infrastructure they have got. No one challenges Ebola.
